ATLASHOME is an international real estate portal. You can reach us at admin@atlashome.me.
This document sets out the terms on which you use the portal. By starting to use it you accept them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the portal.
The terms change from time to time. The revision published on this page is the one in force; the date of the last change is shown above.
We keep developing the portal: sections, data and features change. We are not obliged to announce this in advance.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the portal, its servers and databases, look for or exploit vulnerabilities, or distribute malicious code.
Extract the portal’s content automatically — with robots, scripts or scrapers — and reproduce it elsewhere. Search engine crawlers are the exception, within the limits set by robots.txt.
Create load that interferes with the portal, circumvent request limits, or use our forms to send unsolicited messages.
Provide accurate details when registering. An account is personal: do not share access to it and remain responsible for what is done under it.
We may refuse registration and close an account if these terms are broken.
By posting texts, photos and other materials on the portal you confirm you are entitled to do so and allow us to display them on the portal and in its announcements.

The design of the portal, its source code, compilations and data structure belong to us and are protected by law.
Partner materials and information from external sources remain the property of their rightsholders; we credit the source wherever it is known.
Information about properties, prices and terms comes from partners and public sources, and we cannot guarantee it is accurate or up to date.
Nothing on the portal constitutes an offer or investment, legal or tax advice. Verify the data and the documents before entering a transaction.
We may restrict access to the portal for a visitor who breaks these terms — temporarily or permanently.
The portal is free to use and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or withdraw individual sections; we try to give notice of planned downtime.
We link to partner sites and to the original sources of listings. We are not responsible for their content, availability or rules.
You may link to pages of the portal as long as this does not misrepresent our relationship with you. Framing our pages on another site and passing them off as your own is not allowed.
We are not liable for losses caused by interruptions of the portal, by inaccuracies in information from partners and external sources, or by the outcome of your negotiations and transactions with them.
These limitations do not apply where the law does not permit them.
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the portal operator is registered. We try to settle disputes by correspondence; failing that, they are heard by the court at the operator’s place of registration.
