What personal data ATLASHOME collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Updated: August 19, 2026
ATLASHOME is an international real estate portal: a listing showcase for sales and rentals across many countries.
For anything concerning your data write to admin@atlashome.me — the same address handles deletion requests and complaints.
It describes what we learn about you, where from, what we use it for and whom we pass it to. By using the portal you accept this arrangement.
Data you give us yourself: your name and contacts in an enquiry form, the text of your message, account details, and — for partners — company details and listing content.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages opened and searches made on the portal, referring source.
Data from third parties: when you sign in through an external provider (Google, for example) we receive the email address and name you allowed it to share.
To show relevant listings and to keep your choice of language, currency and location.
To pass your enquiry to whoever published the listing so they can get back to you.
To maintain your account, answer your messages and verify partner credentials.
To protect the portal against fraud and abuse and to improve it based on anonymised statistics.
The partner whose listing you enquired about — an enquiry is pointless without it. From that point they are responsible for your data themselves.
Contractors who keep the portal running: hosting, email delivery, analytics. They act on our instructions and may not use the data for their own purposes.
Public authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for third-party advertising.
Some cards on the portal are collected from publicly available pages of third-party sites. We publish the property details and a link to the original source; we do not deliberately carry over personal data of private individuals from such pages.
If a collected listing contains your data or your property, write to admin@atlashome.me and we will unpublish the card.
Data is stored on servers within the European Economic Area. Access is limited to staff and contractors who need it for their work.
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to resolve possible disputes; account data — for as long as the account exists.
You may ask what data we hold about you, get a copy of it, have inaccuracies corrected, request erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and withdraw consent you gave earlier.
To exercise any of these rights write to admin@atlashome.me. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Part of the information about your visit is collected through cookies. What exactly, and why, is set out in the separate Cookies document.
The policy changes together with the portal. A new revision appears on this page; registered users are notified by email about material changes.
