What agents, agencies and developers may and may not publish on ATLASHOME.

Listings are published by owners, individual agents, agencies and developers — in their own name, from their partner account.
By publishing a property you confirm you are entitled to offer it: you own it, you have an agreement with the owner, or you represent the developer.
The property must exist and be available on the stated terms. The price in the listing is the one you are ready to negotiate from, not bait for a phone call.
Area, floor, number of rooms, completion status and address must match reality. Mark approximate figures as approximate.
Publish only images you hold the rights to: your own photography, developer materials, renders used with the rightsholder’s permission.
Photos must show this very property. Other parties’ watermarks, phone numbers, website addresses and competitor logos on images are not allowed.
Duplicate cards for the same property are removed. When several partners offer the same property, the portal merges the offers onto a single property page — that is normal and is not a duplicate.
Do not create a listing for a whole building instead of individual apartments, or the other way round.
Contact details in the description, in the property title or on photos, bypassing the enquiry form.
Advertising of third-party services, courses, channels and platforms.
Discrimination on grounds of nationality, religion, sex, family status, health or any other personal characteristic — whether in the text or in requirements for a tenant or buyer.
Insults, other people’s personal data without their consent, and any content that breaks the law of the country where the property is located.
Listings are checked before publication and may be re-checked afterwards. We may reject a listing, unpublish it, ask for supporting documents, or correct a wrong location or complex assignment.
Repeated breaches may result in the partner account being limited or closed.
Once the property is sold or let, unpublish the listing or mark it as no longer available. Listings whose owner stops answering enquiries are unpublished by us.
Whoever published a listing is responsible for its content. The portal is a platform: we are not a party to the transaction, do not act as an agent and do not guarantee the terms stated by a partner.
